HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT YET?
As all of our products are made to order, production times can vary depending on how wbusy we are. Please allow 1-2 days for production and 2-3 days for delivery.
Please note:
We operate Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm.
If you order after 6pm on Friday, your order may not enter production until Monday. Please also note, all items are delivered my Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, and they advise 2-3 working days for delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has finished production and is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
DELIVERY - HOW MUCH IS IT AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The price for delivery depends on what you order and how much.

If you order multiple different items, you will be charged delivery for the largest item only. Vinyl Decals are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post and all other orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes, if you spend £50 or more, you will qualify for free delivery.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet, we only deliver to mainland UK for now. This is something we are working on though. If you want to be the first to know once we can offer this, then make sure you are subscribed to our email newsletter.
MY ORDER NEVER TURNED UP
Please double check the tracking information that was sent via email.
We sometimes receive orders back due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect from your local post office or inability to deliver to some addresses; such as military bases. In these circumstances, we can re-deliver these to you, but this will incur a re-delivery charge equal to the original delivery cost of your order.

ENTERING THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is up to you, the customer, to ensure that all details are correct before placing an order.
If you notice a mistake in your delivery address and contact us after your order has been sent out for delivery, we will not accept any responsibility and therefore can not offer a replacement or a refund.
If the order is returned to us, we will be able to re-deliver the item to you, but this will incur a charge for re-delivery equal to the original delivery cost of your order.
DELIVERY FAILURE.
If an item is returned to us due to failure of delivery, restrictions on delivery to certain places; such as military bases, or failure to collect from your local post office, we will happily re-deliver the order to you, but this will incur a re-delivery charge equal to the original delivery cost of your order.
LOST IN TRANSIT?
Before contacting us, please double check your premises, or with your neighbors for your order. If you can not find it, but the tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please email support@victoryorvalhalla.store and we will look into it on your behalf. If your order is lost in transit from us to you, we will re-deliver this to you free of charge.
RE-DELIVERY CHARGES.
If your item is returned to us and you request it to be re-delivered, this will incur an additional delivery charge, this charge will be equal to the original delivery cost for your order. Your item will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, but you only have a small window to do this! If your order has already been made and you have received tracking information, then unfortunately it is too late and we wouldn't be able to cancel your order. We take no responsibility for cancellation requests after orders have entered production.
If you wish to cancel, please email us straight away with your order number and the email address used at checkout and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
If we are unable to cancel, your order will be sent out to you as normal. It is then up to you if you keep the order, or you can request to return the order for a refund. See our Returns and Refund policy for more information.
