Returns & Refund Policy

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return any items by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your order, unfortunately we can not offer a refund.

You then have 14 days from the date you have let us know, to return the item to us. It is up to you, the consumer, to pay for the return delivery, we advise sending items with tracking, to ensure we receive them on our end and can offer you a refund. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE / COLOUR. CAN I EXCHANGE THIS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE / COLOUR?

We do not offer exchanges for product returns. The best thing to do is return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order for the correct product. Please see ‘How do I return an item?’  below for more information.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

We only offer free returns labels on damaged items, as long as evidence of the damage is provided and approved by us via email. If you are returning a product due to ordering the wrong size or colour, it is up to you to pay for return delivery. It is best practice to purchase delivery with tracking to ensure we receive your return and can offer you your refund. If we do not receive the order back, then we can't issue you with your refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

You must make us aware within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@victoryorvalhalla.store with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout 

  • Product you wish to return

  • Reason for your return

When returning the item, please complete the 'returns note' at the bottom of of your order number and details of return. This helps ensure there are no mistakes and speeds up your request.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

This all depends on when you send the return and how long it takes for us to receive it. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return, but this can take up to a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / MISPRINTED ITEM, CAN I HAVE A REPLACEMENT?

Absolutely! In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement of the exact product if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with evidence of the damage / misprint. Please email sales@victoryorvalhalla.store with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Email address you used at checkout 

  • Product you wish to return and be replaced

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage / misprint

Once we have approved the item is not up to standard, we will send you a free returns label via email, once we have receipt that your order is on its way to us we will process your replacement order. When returning, please insert a note with details of your order number and reason for return, i.e. 'damaged’. We can not replace a damaged item with a different size / colour or design.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE?

We require this so we can verify the issue with your order and to speed up the process of a replacement for your damaged product. Without this we can not verify if the product is truly damaged until we receive the return, which will lengthen the wait time of receiving your replacement.

I NEVER RECEIVE PART / ALL OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

Before contacting us, please double check you have given several days for production time, by which time you should receive a delivery email with tracking information.

If you have waited several days but not received an email with tracking information, please email us at support@victoryorvalhalla.store and we will look into it. We will email you as soon as we have an update.

​

If you have received the tracking information but there has been no update or ‘movement’ in several days please contact us at support@victoryorvalhalla.store and we will contact the delivery provider on your behalf for an update. Please be aware that some delays may occur that are out of our hands, such as strikes.
